Heartland Medical is the authorized Midwest distributor for the Keomed/Penlon America SP3 machine and the Paragon SC430 Penlon machine. The Penlon company has been building anesthesia systems for 60 years. Penlon has a large presence in the world wide market with 12,000 machines in use and over 40,000 vaporizers sold. Their machines are CE and ISO-9001 certified with FDA approval. The machines have a very traditional feel with metered flow tubes, bellows and vaporizers but offer advanced features found only in more radically designed units.
